Developing themes

Consulting with your legal team to review your case and determine the kind of graphics that will most effectively convey your argument. Strong focus is placed on:
  • Clearly defining your case theme
  • Highlighting important evidence
  • Increasing juror retention of key points

Focus Group

Jurors base their decisions on a multitude of factors, including preconceived notions, perceptions, attitudes, and experiences. Focus groups help reveal what biases exist that can be detrimental to your case, as well as gauge jurors' reactions to case themes and strategies.
We use our experience of identifying the processes by which jurors make decisions, and make strategic recommendations to the trial team. By analyzing juror feedback, focus groups help identify key issues and themes, the arguments that will drive jurors' decisions, and we advise the best way to communicate the information.
Through the use of real-time technology, we are able to monitor participants' reactions, and view their responses on a moment-to-moment basis.  The trial team is given an immediate impression of the day's findings. A final focus group report, including data analysis is provided.

Mock Jury

To prepare an effective presentation for arbitration, mediation or trial, it is critical to know how well jurors understand the issues in your case. Mock trials and trial simulation studies help you evaluate jurors' reactions to your case in a dynamic trial-like setting.
We identify the most effective trial themes and integrate your testimonial evidence, documents, video and exhibits into a concise and powerful presentation.
We use real-time technology and trial simulation studies. We observe mock trial exercises, monitor participants' reactions, and view their responses on a moment-to-moment basis, yielding an immediate impression of the day's findings.
A final report, including data analysis is provided.
Our trial consultants also condense juror data collected from these mock trials and trial simulation studies into recommendations that you can use to establish a favorable settlement position or to present your case effectively at arbitration, mediation, or trial.
